A: Certificate of Origin is a basic certificate in foreign trade. As a professional company, all our products have been registered in the Customs Department, and we can provide Certificate of Origin (CO) for you at any time. If your country is enjoying preferential policy of China, we can also provide Preferential Certificate of Origin (FORM E) which can helps reducing or exempting the import tax.

5、Q: Do you provide installation and training service as well?

A: It is workable. We can arrange specialists to assist installation, testing and

provide training after you receive our equipment products. If long-term training is required, we welcome your staff to visit our factory and learn on site because we also have production line in operation, it will be easier for you to experience and learn.

6、Q: How should we pay for the order?

A: 1. T/T. which is preferred since we are qualified with importing and exporting while we have got a USD currency account. It is safer and more effective.

2. L/C. We need to sign the contract with the bank of your side directly.

3. Western Union. This method suits a new enterprise who needs to control the cost.

7、 Q： Considering this will be a cross-country trade, how can we make sure the product quality?

A： Based on the principle of fairness and trust, site checking before delivery is allowed. You can check the machine through according to the proposal we provide. The delivery will not be started until you have signed the Checking and Acceptance List.

A: Yes, that’s for sure. Your floor area, people and industrial facilities are all under our consideration. We also will consider your working habits to make a machine easy to use and maintain for you. For example, we can match customers’ voltage and frequency by purchasing specific motor.

9、Q: How to guarantee the cargo transportation safety？

A：To guarantee the cargo transportation safety, insurance will covers the cargo. If necessary, our people would follow up at the container stuffing location to make sure a tiny part is not missed.

10、Q: After signing the contract, how long can we receive the products?

A: The process cycle of different machines differs. For example, it normally take 7 days to produce mould, 30-40 days to produce pipe making machine and about 3 months for larger machine. The cargo transportation time is additional.
