After one year's communication and follow-up, and several months 'continuous production, the production line of stainless steel industrial water pipe welding machine unit purchased by the Japanese customer with higher configuration has been successfully entered into Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Japanese customers have the following clear requirements for the purchase of industrial pipe welding machine: the design must be reasonable, the processing must be elaborated,and the error of workpiece is controlled within 0.02 mm. Besides,the main electrical components are latest products and models of high-end Keyence, and the welded pipe mould is made of  SKD11 mold steel. According to the customer's requirements, we have designed several sets of equipment and product programs for the customer's reference and quotation, and finally we chose one set as the final production standard.
