So how to control and adjust the welding pipe mould to make a good pipe? Let me tell you a little basic knowledge.

 First of all, we need to know whether the material of the welding pipe mould is purchased in a regular way, because the quality of the material can be guaranteed if the material is from a regular manufacturer;

Secondly, we need to look at the design, because the welding pipe mould is generally used to squeeze the pipe, so that the welding torch is over against the pipe to squeeze the seam. A well-designed welding pipe mould with a good and uniform hole shape, the steel belt can be deformed and butted well, and the upper end of the general welding pipe mould is an oblique design to facilitate the adjustment of the welding torch head;

Thirdly, it is the skill of the pipe welding machine master. The pipe welding machine engineer needs to adjust the position of the pipe welding molds, including adjusting the intermediate distance between the left and right pipe welding machine molds, so that the steel belt's cross section can be connected. On the other hand, the height positions of the left and right welding pipe moulds are adjusted so that the cross-sections of the steel belt are parallel butted. It is best if there is no difference of height.

The last thing is to pay attention to timely adjustment and correction during the operation of the pipe welding machine, because the steel belt may be displaced during the passive extrusion deformation process, then the position of the welding pipe mould needs to be adjusted in time. Generally, only the welding pipe mould needs to be adjusted. That's it. This point is very important. I won't go into details.
