For many novices in the welded pipe industry, they have many difficulties, one of which is to straighten the pipe. In fact, this problem is not difficult to solve. Before solving this problem, you need to know what factors affect the straightness of the pipe during the whole welding process. Now I will share my own feelings with you based on my own experience.
1. All kinds of straight seam welded pipes are rolled and welded from steel strip to steel pipe, and stainless steel welded pipes are the same, so there are changes in physical properties and chemical composition, and changes in physical properties and chemical composition in the process of welding;
2. The machining accuracy of stainless steel pipe making machine and pipe mould, such as the hole position machining of pipe making machine, manual pulling and drilling, or CNC machining, whether the pipe making mould has been CNC finishing machining, which determines the premise that a stainless steel pipe can be produced as straight pipe material in hardware;
3. The number of power motors for welded pipe machinery and large-scale pipe making machines will not be discussed here. Let's first look at the situation of stainless steel pipe making machines under 50 types on the market, generally 1-2 motor configurations, depending on the requirements of each customer. If it is 1 motor, the running speed before and after is relatively constant, and the control will be better. If it is 2 motors, then There may be some differences between the two motors due to current, speed and other factors;
4. One of the key parts of pipe straightening is the straightening head (foreign friends call it Turkey head). This part directly adjusts the running position of the pipe to make the pipe online into a straight line;
5. Cutting machine can run normally, many people will not think so, how can it? But what if something goes wrong?
6. The last part of the production line is the unloading rack, which carries the function of centralized collection of pipes. Do not underestimate it. Its design will also affect the straightness of pipes.
Knowing so many factors that affect the straightness of pipes, we can deal with and solve them accordingly.
1. Select some stainless steel pipe welding machinery and welding pipe mould of relatively good quality manufacturers, such as our products of Foshan Senwel Pipe Mould & Machinery Co., Ltd. Pay attention to the rotating speed of the motor and the actual production situation of the pipe making machine. If the rear section is found to be bent, it is likely that the rotating speed of the driving motor in the rear section cannot keep up with the rotating speed of the front-end motor. It is suggested to increase the rotating speed of the motor in the rear section, slightly higher than the front-end motor as far as possible, so that the pipe is in a stretching state;
3. Carefully and carefully adjust the position of the straightening head, because the straightening head can be adjusted up, down, left and right, and the turbine can also rotate. Through the adjustment, find the center point of three points and one line to ensure that the pipe runs in a straight state;
4. Pay attention to check the status of the cutting machine. If the cutting machine is abnormal, it may move slowly or stop running, and it should be handled in time;
5. Pay attention to the protection of the unloading rack surface. If possible, elastic device can be used to alleviate the impact of pipe landing and reduce the deformation.
