Some companies also directly use industrial pipe making machines and internal weld leveling equipment to produce. There is no solution annealing equipment installed, which can greatly reduce the production cost. This is what I have heard and seen in China.

In accordance with the requirements of overseas customers, the process of producing stainless steel water pipe making machines is basically the same as in our country. The difference is the solution annealing part. They use black annealing, and then the pipes have to be pickled.

Since it is a drinking water pipe, it must be combined with drinking water sanitation standards. From this point of view, we personally feel that the industry in our domestic market has certain defects, the reason is the bright solution annealing part. Because bright solution annealing will also treat the stains adhering to the pipe surface during the pipe production process. That is to say, in the strict sense, the pipes produced should contain certain harmful substances. It is obviously insufficient to clean the surface impurities of the pipe by only pickling. So in terms of production, I prefer to choose solid solution black annealing plus pickling, which is more beneficial to health.
