The solution to problem 1 is to hang a layer of plastic film on the surface of the forming pipe mold, which can reduce the risk of the inner surface of the steel strip being pulled. The solution to problem 2 is to improve the welding quality, strengthen the technical improvement, improve the front arc of the core rod, improve the surface hardness of the core rod, and increase the surface smoothness, which can also reduce the risk of scratching on the inner wall of the steel pipe.
